As of January 1, 2010, Unicare Health Plans of Illinois have been migrated to Blue CRoss and Blue Shield of Illinois plans. As of June 1, 2010, Unicare Indiana and Michigan plans also cease to exist independently.

Unicare, a division of Wellpoint, has decided to phase out operations in most States.
